IWBL Season 3 Meta Analysis Graph

Current Tiers (Game 39/40)

๐Ÿ† TIER 1: Championship Contenders

  • Cherokee River (30-9, $854) – Best record, 86/85/82 roster.
  • St. Johnsbury (24-15, $12,443) – Jesus (96 OVR) + massive war chest.
  • Ashland (24-16, $6,913) – Back-to-back champs, smart reserves.

๐Ÿ”ฅ TIER 2: Playoff Bubble

๐Ÿ‹ TIER 3: The Patient Whales

  • Yukon (9-30, $17,134) – Richest team, waiting to strike like a shark.
  • Oro Valley (15-24, $9,798) – Banking, mediocre.
  • Axtell (19-20, $7,987) – Facilities built (3/5 batting, 2/5 pitching).

๐Ÿ“‰ TIER 4: The Basement

  • Church Hill (4-35, $4,718) – That’s me. About to go full infrastructure investment.

What Each Team is Doing

Cherokee / Kearney / Wilmington: All-in playoff push, entirely burnt their cash.
St. Johnsbury: Perfect position (Jesus + $12k reserves).
Ashland: Patient winner, keeping powder dry.
Yukon: Sold Jesus, waiting like a shark.
Axtell: Development bet, building infrastructure.
Baldwin County: Desperate, likely to crater.

My Predictions

Current Season 3:

Cherokee River wins championship – They have the best roster and undeniable momentum to carry them through.

Next Season Opening (Trade War):

๐Ÿšจ YUKON GOES NUCLEAR
With a staggering $17k war chest, expect Yukon to steal 2-3 elite players from the broke teams. Wilmington, Kearney, and Baldwin will get RAIDED. Yukon becomes the instant favorite.
๐Ÿ‘‘ ST. JOHNSBURY STAYS ELITE
They kept Jesus and still have $12k. They will use it to add 1-2 more stars and maintain a Top-2 roster easily.
๐Ÿฆ… ASHLAND OPPORTUNISTIC
$7k lets them grab 1 quality piece and stay highly competitive.
๐Ÿ—๏ธ AXTELL & CHURCH HILL BUILD
Training facilities will pay off. Homegrown development will help them contend in 2-3 seasons.

The Meta

Win NOW (Cherokee/Kearney) or Build LATER (Yukon/Axtell/Me). Middle ground gets you nowhere.

Long-Term Winners

  • Yukon – Biggest war chest NOW.
  • St. Johnsbury – Jesus + reserves = sustained excellence.
  • Axtell / Church Hill – Facilities = long-term edge.
  • Ashland – Smart management always contends.

Long-Term Losers

  • Kearney / Wilmington – Broke after playoff push, about to get stripped for parts.
  • Baldwin County – Fire sale incoming.
