Execute 1-for-1 Trade

You must select one of your players to swap for a player on another team. The team receiving the more expensive player pays the full value of that player’s contract. The team giving them away receives the difference in value between the two players. The remaining balance goes toward the player’s Contract Buyout / Relocation Bonus.
